I tend to work out for about 40 mins-1 hr depending on what I’m doing for that day, 3-5 times a week.
I usually follow:
Monday: arms & legs
Tuesday: back & core, maybe arms
Wednesday: legs, bum & cardio
Thursday: back & core
Friday: (usually a rest day but if I do work out) cardio & arms
Sat & Sun: rest days but cardio & bum
I’m trying to ease into doing light cardio & core exercises every day.
